Q: When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday. Please note that during sale times, our dispatch time will extend to 1-3 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our customer care team on info@snxnutrition.com. Be sure to check your spam folder too!
Q: How much is delivery?
For orders under $150, standard shipping and express shipping is calculated by Auspost. For orders over $150 we provide free standard shipping.
Q: Do you deliver worldwide

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
Australian Domestic Shipping:
Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch.
Q: What if I put in my address wrong?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong
address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
